Levi got a new outfit from Grammie and Poppie. Blue is his best color :-)

I made a lemon birthday cake for Grammie with homemade lemon curd and whipped cream. It was a hit at the picnic. (Our core group from church had a picnic and we celebrated Grammie's birthday there.)

Family Vacation

So Levi took his first trip to the farm in MN where Andy grew up. We went for Karen's wedding (Andy's sister) I don;t even have any pictures from the wedding!
On Sunday Andy's cousin had a graduation party so the next few pictures are at their house.

This is the Duxbury store. It is in Duxbury where Grandma Nelson grew up we went there for breakfast on Monday morning at around 7:30 to meet with some old timers who go almost every day. They refer to the store as "The Office."

Mother's Day

We went to the zoo in Binghampton on Sunday. We weren't sure if Levi would like the animals, but he would point to them and try to talk to them. These are the tigers.
And this is a leaopard. And his favorite, the monkeys. Two of them came right up to the glass to stare at him.

So, smarty pants figured out the cabinet locks this week. If you look closely you can see he knows exactly where to push with his little pointer finger. Needless to say, Mommy ran out and bought a different kind of lock- which none of us can open yet :-)


He was very happy with his bananas this morning!
