Levi Had A Little Lamb

We took a little walk over to our neighbor's house yesterday. They have an organic farm and do some pretty amazing things year round. They just finished making maple syrup, which they collect with their horse drawn sled! The sheep had their lambs a few weeks back. One of them was rejected by her mother so she has been bottle fed. The little lamb will follow you around just like a puppy, except she bounces and leaps along the way! When we were visiting Levi got to give her a bottle. He definitley has some farmer in his genes.

Yet Another Snow Storm

We got a nice big snow storm this week. I think it was about 12 inches of accumlation (though it is still snowing and drifting so it is hard to tell!) I like to bake with the kids to pass the time. We made pretzels this time. They were fun to make, like playing with play dough, but didn't taste so great.

Cookies and Snow

There was a snow day and Levi didn't have preschool. To pass the time indoors we made heart shaped sugar cookies and frosted them. It was pretty much a big mess, but fun! Then Levi helped Daddy shovel the sidewalk, stairs and then he made a snow angel.
